Adult Disability Listings

The first thing a disability attorney should do after conducting an interview and gathering all of a disability claimants medical records is check the Adult Social Security listings and see if the claimant meets or equals a listing.  If an individual meets or equals a  Social Security listing, the individual is entitled to Social Security Disability benefits.
